At Katahdin Lake Wilderness Camps, we offer both a meal plan and housekeeping option for those who would prefer to do their own cooking. We also offer discount rates for members of Friends of Baxter State Park. Information on these rates, how to join and a link to the Friends website follow. Our Meal Plan
Meal plan includes your private cabin, breakfast and dinner in the lodge, plus a box lunch made to order. Meals start with dinner the day of your arrival and end with breakfast the day of departure. Linens, towels, and use of the camp canoes and kayaks is included. Adults 148.00 per day Friends of Baxter 130.00 per day Children 6 to 12 65.00 per day Friends of Baxter Family Membership Children 6 to 12 60.00 per day No charge for all children under 6 years old. All prices are before Maine 9% lodge and boarding tax is applied.
Lodging only in your private cabin. Guests should bring food, dish cleaning supplies, sleeping bags or bed linens and towels.
Fire wood, propane, lights, drinking water, a cooler stocked with ice, cook ware and dish ware are included.

Canoes and kayaks are available for rent. 20.00 per day per boat and 10.00 per half day per boat. Paddles and life jackets are included.
Friends of Baxter Discount Program
Friends of Baxter State Park is an independent citizen group working to preserve, support, and enhance the wilderness character of Baxter State Park in the spirit of its founder, Governor Percival Baxter. To receive the Friends discounts offered by Katahdin Lake Wilderness Camps, members should show their membership card upon arrival at camp. If you are not a member, but would like to join the Friends of Baxter State Park you may do so before your arrival or during your stay at camp. Application forms will be available. Please note that during the months we are open the best way to reach us is by email. To secure a reservation, we request a 25% deposit. The deposit is non refund able if a reservation is cancelled with in 30 days of a planned arrival.
